Thursday Thrill - 09/05/2013: A Walk On West Street

Hey guys, it's time for a moment of Thursday Thrills, where authors post a snippet between 100-1000 words, inspired by a picture provided for the event.

In this story, I'm writing a short f/f story about two women falling in love for the first time.

Sharee walked with her new date Kim along West Street, during the sunset, while enjoying the beautiful evening glow of Lower Manhattan. They enjoyed the September breeze gently blowing through their hair, but yet their walk was filled with bliss. She met Kim one week ago, and discussed about going out to dinner and a nice long walk as they got to know more of each other.

Kim was no ordinary woman she met through her friends. She was a woman with an adventurous mind, also romantic. She was the blonde from New Jersey, not from the shore, but from West New York that made Sharee look forward in being with her.

She remembered her first kiss with Kim. The way her mouth moved inside Sharee’s had her melting in desire, leaving that delicious ache in her center that made her want to rip off her clothes, but too bad they were in public – the streets of Greenwich Village. This whole week has been an absolute bliss, and Sharee couldn’t wait to get Kim alone in her apartment, and get naughty with her.

“Let’s take a walk along the pier.” Kim suggested, when she pointed out the entrance into Pier 40 from the intersections of Spring and West Streets.

Why would Sharee refuse? There was a beautiful view of Lower Manhattan. And the way the One World Trade Center glowed with the beautiful sunset, left a montage feeling for something more – something romantic – something naughty she hoped.

“Sure.” Sharee shrugged it off, like she was down to go anywhere with her.

The walked along the pier and made it halfway to watch the rest of the view of the Hudson River. There, they stopped in front of a bench. Kim turned her and faced her with an affectionate look in her eyes. Kim had those warm brown eyes that made Sharee lick her lips with pure desire. She anticipated what was going to happen next, and waited until she was taken aback over what Kim said.

“Sharee,” Kim bounded her hands together with Sharee. “There’s something I’ve long wanted to tell you. Ever since I met you that day, I knew you were the one. You were the person that exactly perfect for me, and I want to express my deepest feeling with you.”

Sharee gave a weird look, wondering if this was too soon that Sharee was going to ask. And then, she realized it was. Kim went down on her knees, leaving her heart to race with pure anxiety. “Kim, what are you doing?”

“Sharee, will you sleep with me tonight?” She gave a silly laughter, knowing this would get Sharee off-guard.

Sharee widened her eyes, and then laughed her ass off. She would never think Kim would ever do such a thing like that. As Kim rose, Sharee kissed her and replied, “Yes! You shithead, You almost had me!” She gave a relief of laughter, never expecting Kim’s practical joke.
