Hiyadoin? It's time for once again another piece to my Saturday's AfterDark Moment, where authors write an erotic snippet anywhere between 100 - 500 based on the picture provided by the author.
Here's what we have in store for you?
I'm coming out with another book, which will release in June, and you'll also find it on
Erotic Countdown. It's a lesbian erotic romance called "To Get With Stephanie," and I want to give you a glimpse of the f/f story in 400 words.
Olivia knew she was attractive. She kept her short brown hair trimmed neatly and evenly highlighted. She gave her soft brown eyes just enough mascara to draw attention to them and people always said she had a friendly personality. She also dressed well. Tonight she was wearing white capris and a purple camisole that hugged against her curvy figure. She even wore her lucky necklace – a purple heart-shaped stone.
Stephanie returned from the kitchen carrying two tall glasses of iced-tea. She handed Olivia one glass and set the other one on the table in front of her. Then Stephanie squeezed between her and the coffee table to sit next to her.
“I really love your necklace Olivia,” she complimented. “It’s really pretty with that top.”
“Thank you,” Olivia blushed. “My friend Nate made it for my birthday last year.”
“Oh, really? When is your birthday?”
“It’s in October – the 3rd. When’s yours?”
“July 29th – just another month away.” She sipped her iced tea and looked at Olivia as she set it back down. “Olivia, is something wrong?”
Olivia’s heart raced with pure anxiety. She realized she’d gotten caught planning how to reveal how she felt. She wanted to tell her, but she couldn’t just blurt it out. She didn’t even know if Stephanie went that way. She felt trapped and tried not to let it show, but the more she tried, the more obvious it became to Stephanie that something was wrong. And then it happened; Stephanie placed her hand on Olivia’s leg, giving her a rush of hope.
“Olivia, are you okay?” Stephanie asked.
Then without thinking through what might happen, Olivia set her iced tea on the table next to Stephanie’s, and leaned to kiss her. She savored the soft, luscious lips beneath hers, but she wasn’t sure whether Stephanie liked it or not. Was she just responding to the kiss? Or was she responding to her? She looked at Stephanie’s face; she was clearly shocked, but beyond that it was hard to tell. “Oh my God, I’m so sorry,” she quickly apologized, realizing she might have just ruined a potential friendship. She watched Stephanie sit back touching her lips with an odd expression. “I’m so sorry. I should go.”
Olivia made to stand up but Stephanie pulled her back. “No, no... please… don’t go... yet. Could we try that… again?” She reached over and took Olivia’s hand.
